4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to the event organizer's policies. Cannvene acts as an intermediary platform. Refund policies, event changes, and cancellations are determined by individual event organizers. Cannvene is not responsible for the content or quality of events.

5. Event Organizers

Event organizers are responsible for ensuring their events comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including cannabis regulations. Organizers must provide accurate event information and honor all ticket commitments.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, provide false information, engage in fraudulent ticket sales, or attempt to circumvent age verification systems. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cannvene provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the platform or events listed on it. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees collected by Cannvene for the relevant transaction.
