Cannvene is a ticketing platform specifically designed for cannabis-friendly events. We provide tools for event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets while helping attendees discover amazing cannabis events.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For events that involve cannabis consumption, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets and attend. Age verification is required for these events.
After purchasing, your tickets are available immediately in your account under "My Tickets." Each ticket includes a unique QR code that you can present at the event for check-in. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Please check the event details page for specific refund policies. If you need help, contact us and we will assist you.
We process payments securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Ticket transfers depend on the event organizer's settings. If transfers are enabled for your event, you can transfer your ticket through your account dashboard.
If you have a promo code, enter it during checkout to receive your discount. Promo codes may have usage limits and expiration dates set by the event organizer.
